Data Processing Agreement

This Data Processing Agreement (“Agreement”) is between:
Client (“Controller”) and We The Freelancer – WTF (“Processor”).

1. Purpose

WTF processes personal data solely to deliver services agreed upon in the project scope.

2. Responsibilities

Controller:

• Provides lawful instructions

• Ensures data accuracy

Processor (WTF):

• Processes data only as instructed

• Protects data with technical & organizational measures

• Ensures confidentiality

3. Sub-Processors

We may use third-party tools for analytics, hosting, CRM, payment processing, etc. All sub-processors follow strict privacy standards.

4. Data Subject Rights

We assist clients in fulfilling requests including:

• Right to access

• Right to deletion

• Right to data correction

5. Data Security

We use secure servers, encryption, and access control.

6. Data Breach Notification

In case of a breach, we will notify the controller within 72 hours.

7. Termination

Upon termination, all client data will be securely deleted upon request.
